Two things I care about that clients tend to notice. I’ll tell you when the problem doesn’t need software, and I build for the person who has to use the tool on a Monday morning, not for the demo.

Good software is mostly the removal of chaos. The hard part is rarely the code. It’s naming the real problem, cutting the features that sound good in a meeting, and shipping something people still use a year later.

I’d rather build a boring tool that runs for five years than an impressive one that dies in three months.

Through Triakis, I invest in profitable French SMBs (€1M–5M revenue) and help them grow with better tooling. Through Rives Studio, I work with a partner on advertising campaigns. My day job stays Nivalis.

I started in strategic planning. I liked framing problems but wanted to be responsible for the fix, so I moved to building.
